Kristy M. Jones - Paralegal

Kristy has more than 13 years experience in the paralegal setting. She specializes in bankruptcy, personal injury, and civil law. Some of her responsibilities include preparation and filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petitions, Schedules and Plans; preparation and filing of Motions, Responses to Motions, Stipulations, preparation and filing of Complaints and Answers.
Kristy is working on her Associate's Degree in Accounting at Delaware County Community College.
Kristy has been Eugene J. Malady, Esquire's assistant since 2001.
Melanie E. Boates - Paralegal
Melanie has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies with High Honors from Delaware County Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies Cum Laude (with distinction) from Widener University with certificates in Corporate Law and Litigation.
Melanie works mostly in the Family Law Department but also assists in other areas of law including but not limited to commercial, estate planning and estate administration. Some of her responsibilities include calculating guidelines calculations, communicating with our clients, assisting in the preparation of divorce, custody and support pleadings, assisting in preparation for conference, hearing and trials, preparing wills, power of attorneys and living wills, preparing inheritance tax returns, obtaining Federal EIN numbers and assisting in the formation of corporations.
Melanie has been Eugene J. Malady, Esquire’s assistant since 2005.
